1. What is Soles of Savannah’s return policy?We have a 20-day return policy. You have 20 days from the day you receive your item to request a return!
2. What are the conditions for a return?To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How does the return work?Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the return is approved. If it is, we’ll process the return in the form of a STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.
