1. What is Soles of Savannah’s return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return!


2. What are the conditions for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.


3. How does the refund work?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
