1. What is Soles of Savannah’s return policy?

We have a 20-day return policy. You have 20 days from the day you receive your item to request a return!

2. What are the conditions for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How does the return work?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the return is approved. If it is, we’ll process the return in the form of a STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience! Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at solesofsavannah@yahoo.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items are considered final sale. 

8. What if I haven’t received my refund?

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your notification of your store credit or exchange, please contact us at
